Absolute Boyfriend to get a theatrical adaptation

"Absolute Boyfriend" will receive a stage play adaptation next year.
The popular romance manga by Yuu Watase was previously adapted in Japanese live-action series in 2008 and 2009, a Taiwanese version which premiered in April as well as a Korean version to be released by this year.

Film and event promotion company amipro, will be creating the stage play adaptation. The company has also previously produced the stage play version of Watase's Fushigi Yûgi manga.

The stage play is scheduled to debut at Tokyo's Theatre1010 in March 2013.
